How do I know if the activities at the destination are right for me?
If you have booked a package that includes an activity, we’ll be able to provide you with the appropriate guidance from the the activity operator before you finalise your booking.
If you are booking on Scottish Express transport only options then you need to weight your experience with the activities possible at the adventure transport destination. You can usually find more information on activities at the destination online and you can use the great resouce of outdoor planning tools at the Mountain Safety Council Website.
My favorite option is to book with a friend with experience…. or find a friend on one of our Monthly specials!!
How can I participate in the monthly specials if I live outside the Nelson Region and/or if I can’t transport/find the necessary equipment?
Its easy…. for groups we can arrange airport pickups and accommodation transfers the day before, and then pick you up from central Nelson accommodation on the day of the trip.
If you can’t transport your outdoors equipment, then we may be able to help. We can help arrange equipment hire for most activities and pick them up prior to your arrival.
I’m wanting to travel solo or with a smaller group of friends, is that possible?
Check out our monthly specials, where you can pick up great deals and pay just for the seats you use, or get in contact if you have a destination in mind as we are always happy to work out a more flexible option for you.
If you want to keep the price down on your trip, we are masters at negotiation and quite often work out great deals to on sell spare seats in the vehicle
Is the transport just for hardcore adventurers?
Not at all. We have had great times with all ages, walking at the Nelson lakes, or even picnicking at great hard to get to locations. If you want to travel with family of varying ages and abilities and are stuggling with activities to satisfy everyone…. get in contact, we have a wealth of regional knowledge and may be able to help.

Yep, we love to volunteer and we love volunteers. If anyone has a great community project going and need some 4WD Capable transport then we recommend they get in touch.
